Gayla Price

Gayla PriceI have always had an innate compassion for people and a desire to help them. As an empath, when others are hurt or distressed, I have a tendency to feel their pain and an overwhelming need to help them cope or overcome it. Ultimately I was able to use this gift to serve others who were having difficulty with their marriage/relationships. After doing this in the church and workplace for most of my adult life, I decided to further my education beyond the Bible knowledge and experience I developed over these years. With the encouragement from others, I decided to become a professional counselor and pursue a clinical certification in (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This very successful type of therapy, developed by a faith based counselor, is highly regarded and one of the best modalities in the last thirty years. After graduation, I became a Professional Clinical Member of the National Christian Association and presently work in Reno, Nevada.
